Blood Book

The Book of Blood is a book that has unique spells and concepts not present in the original game like bleed effects and resurrections. It was the 2nd book created by the community with assets made by The boi they call ya boi#3793 and most spell ideas conceptualized by 666#9966 in the Discord Server. The book was added into the game through the March 7, 2021 patch.

Resurrection Resurrection 2 Personal 2 0/5 N/A Pick from the most recent 20 minions to die to be brought back to life under your control at 50 percent health, or more depending on your blood familiar level. Resurrected minions will not have any shields or auras that were attached to it and will not retain its undead status if it turned undead. Additionally, refreshes the uses of Blood Siphon but sets it on cooldown.
Summon Blood Bank Summon Blood Bank 1 Arcane Minion Infinite 0/5 N/A A small fleshy minion that while alive, all attacks from the player and their minions heal for 25% of the damage dealt; rounded down (1 HP minimum). Only one Blood Bank can be active per player.
Retribution Retribution 2 Personal 2 3/5 N/A Over the next 5 turns, enemies that deal damage to you will have 50% of that damage also be dealt to them (still doing the full amount to you). Damage dealt by retribution can not exceed 50 total hitpoints.

Summon Gargoyle Summon Gargoyle 2 Minion Infinite 3/5 N/A Summon a flying gargoyle that turns into stone on death. Can cast Blood Lust.
Flesh Wound Flesh Wound 1 Ball Infinite 0/5 10 + 10x5 turns Target takes 10 damage each turn for five turns and receives half healing from all sources for three turns (excluding Sphere of Healing).

Summon Vampire Summon Vampire 3 Soulless Minion 1 5/- N/A Can cast Vampire Bat, Blood Lust, Blood Bath, Flesh Wound, Blood Craze, and Blood Siphon. Also takes 10 damage each turn, but heals for 30% of the damage that it deals if you have an active Blood Bank. Will not take any damage as long as it's not exposed to sunlight, which is indicated by an icon.
Call of the Void Infection 3 Arrow 1 5/- 15 per turn x5 turns Infects the target which spreads on contact. Players in towers will have prolonged symptoms, however it will no longer be infectious after 5 turns regardless. Full blood users cannot be infected through contact, however it can be used on them directly. The aura of infection does not have aura stacking mechanics.


Familiar[]

Bat The Blood familiar is Lifeless aka the Bat. As with other familiars, you use it by paying 20 health points per level, which you can do up to 5 times. Every time you power your familiar, a stack of bleed will be applied to blood spells that are balls, bombs, and bolts (stacks do not stack with each other, but can refresh the duration of bleed). Also, the amount of health your resurrected minions start with increases. Lastly, infections through contact last a minimum of your familiar level. E.g., a familiar level of 5 cause infections through contact to last a minimum of 5 turns.

Familiar specific changes:

  • Level 1: Each level of the familiar applies a stack of bleed to all blood spells (stacks do not stack with each other but can refresh the duration). Infections through contact last a minimum of your familiar level. The amount of health your resurrected minions start with increases based on the level of your blood familiar.
  • Level 3: Learn the spell Blood Mist.
  • Level 5: Learn the spell Blood Pact. Barrage of Bones recharges one turn faster. Infections you pass to other players on contact will last a minimum of 5 turns.

    Blood Mist Blood Mist 3 Targeted Infinite -/5 10 Heals 10 per turn instead of doing damage, but will damage any undead minions. Functions as an aura, similar to Arcane Mist, and Aura of Decay.
    Blood Pact Blood Pact 5 Targeted N/A 1 5/- You and the target equalize health with each other. If this targets an ally, any damage taken hence forth is shared equally between you. Shields and towers do not count towards health calculation.

Morph (Personal)

Infinite 0/1 N/A Transforms the gargoyle into a stone statue that cannot attack, but heals 25 health a turn, up to 100. If it is already in stone form, it turns back into a gargoyle. If it contacts an infected player with a level 5 familiar, the gargoyle will become infected for 5 turns. This spell does not end your turn.
